Marketing and GTM engineering at Prudent AI, product work at Dicekart, and building a science business at LMES Academy. Roles, actions, and results.

Prudent AI

GTM Engineer · Revenue Operations & Growth

Prudent AI was a sales-led business in the US mortgage market. I worked on how customers found us and what the team needed to turn that interest into business, from the website to sales tools and follow-up.

I built the tools a sales-led business needed.

Make sales easier to do well

I looked after HubSpot and built tailored decks, one-pagers, competitor battlecards, executive briefs, and account-specific material so sales entered each conversation prepared.

Help customers understand the product

I designed and built the website and landing pages, worked on campaigns to generate demand, and made videos for industry conferences. I also created videos and reporting for customer success.

GTM engineering that helps sales follow up

I configured HubSpot workflows, Outlook booking, immediate follow-up emails, and Teams notifications so sales could act on contacts at risk of being missed.

Give leadership a clear view of sales

I built executive RevOps dashboards covering pipeline, funnel conversion, market penetration, channel performance, and seller activity.

Sales had account information and follow-up alerts, and leadership had a clearer view of the pipeline.

Dicekart

Product Manager

Dicekart’s fresh-produce supply chain served 200+ restaurants in Chennai and 560+ kirana shops. As Product Manager, I worked across the operation and the technology, translating supply-chain constraints into vendor apps, field-sales tools, and inventory systems.

I built for a supply chain that had to work on the ground.

Turn operational constraints into product decisions

I went to the market at 4 a.m. to understand how vendors, buyers, and produce moved. Those observations shaped what we needed from the software and what was already working without it.

Make the tools fit the field

I worked across vendor and field-sales apps, connecting product decisions to the people buying and selling produce. The job included understanding the operational problem and building the technology to address it.

Move repetition to software

I built an inventory tool for stock tracking and demand forecasting, along with Retool tools that removed more than 20 hours of manual sales work each week.

I built tools for the people buying, tracking, and selling produce across this network. The internal sales tools removed more than 20 hours of manual work each week.

LMES Academy

Chief Operating Officer

The YouTube channel was the beginning. At LMES, I helped turn that audience into a science-learning business with a physical subscription product, live camps, a 50-person team, and an app.

I helped turn an audience into a science business.

Build the audience

I helped grow the YouTube channel from 20,000 to 1.2 million subscribers.

Put the lab in a box

I built BigBang Kit, a mini science lab delivered to students in grades 6 to 10. I scaled the team from one person to 50 and grew the product to ₹3 crore in cumulative revenue.

Make experiments big

We ran Big Bang Camp so children could experience large science experiments together. The camps were covered by newspapers.

Take science to the phone

I launched Chitti and grew it to 100,000 users. App performance improved 25%, while a community-led engagement program reduced customer churn by 30%.

BigBang Kit reached ₹3 crore in cumulative revenue with a team that grew from one person to 50. The Chitti app I launched reached 100,000 users during my time there.
